Currently the Hudu password extension does not appear to recognize two-stage password entry correctly, or at all. Specifically I mean when the site has you enter a username then loads a new page for a password, or when it asks for a username and password, then loads a second page for an OTP code. Other password managers' extensions (e.g. Roboform) manage this pretty flawlessly so we are still using that rather than switching fully over to Hudu.
