Our engineering and support teams frequently add notes to devices in Datto RMM to assist with troubleshooting or for providing additional context about the device. It would be AMAZING to have those notes synced over to Hudu (or even better, have a 2 way sync). This would really go a long way to helping us in our goal to fully adopt Hudu as our knowledge management platform and source of truth for all things about a customer and their environment.
