We need to have the ability to sync KB Articles from Hudu to AutoTask so we can attach checklists to them and tag them to tickets without duplicating content/ effort. Ideally updates to KB articles are only ever done in Hudu then they sync into AutoTask to be tagged to tickets or have AutoTask check lists added to them with a reference link back to the Hudu article.
