This is an Expanded and more detailed Extension off of "https://feedback.hudu.com/feature-requests/p/bulk-import-of-pdfs"
The currently title 'Bulk import of PDFs' doesn't clearly communicate its purpose, which may be why it hasn't gained traction. There is already a bulk import feature - Just not for Separate PDF articles. (New Article > Upload PDF can only be done one at a time) (Although Within A Blank Article you could upload 20 files at a time !IT IS NOT SEARCHABLE THO!

While this feature is especially useful for migrating documentation from other platforms, its value extends far beyond just migrations. Many real-world scenarios call for the ability to quickly and efficiently upload multiple PDFs into a company’s knowledge base or documentation repository.
Use Cases Beyond Migration (Keep In mind this is directly to a KB or Global KB):
Platform Migration:
- Transition from legacy systems or other documentation platforms by importing existing PDF documentation to the Knowledge Base in bulk.
Receipts and Expense Tracking(SEARCHABLE?!):
- Upload batches of scanned receipts or invoices for record-keeping, audits, or expense management.
Vendor or Client Documentation:
- Import large sets of vendor contracts, SLAs, or client onboarding documents.
Compliance and Regulatory Records:
- Store compliance-related PDFs such as HIPAA, or Policies documentation for easy access and auditing.
Training Materials:
- Upload training manuals, onboarding guides, or certification documents for internal teams.
Project Archives:
- Archive project-related PDFs like proposals, blueprints, or final reports for future reference.
Legal and HR Documents:
- Centralize employment contracts, NDAs, and policy documents.
Suggested Features: - Drag and Drop for KB PDF Articles up to 20 Files - (Similar to blank article) - Ability to Name, or tag in order to categorize PDF- OCR within PDF's making the Global search even more powerful (Separate KB Search)~~

For Tinkerers !I have created a Javascript/Playwright Script that uploads 20 PDF's with automation tools. Its still a little janky but it gets what I need done.
