Portal Users have JIT Provisioning Capability

From Hudu v2.47 Portal Users can now login using SSO/SAML credentials. For this to work a license needs to be available, then the user logs in for the first time and is assigned a default JIT profile, then the user can be downgraded (if that's the right word) to a Portal User, freeing the license. Whereas if portal_user could be set as an Entra hudu_user_role claim the user creation process and role assignment can be automated via SSO.
