Owner of documentation assets

We keep running into situation where we may state in a KB article how owns the document, and who is the reviewer, etc. (think standards of controls)

However, we also find specific documentation assets we would like to be able to earmark or assign a specific hudu user as it’s owner. (Should not be required that all documents have an owner.) However, having a default owner by asset type would be nice add-on feature.

Therefore, If the asset has dated info or needs updates, any hudu user Spectator and higher should be able to set flag, make a comment and it go directly to the asset owner as a task and email alert.
