We currently manage two separate IT businesses/MSPs within Hudu, and keeping data, workflows, and branding separated can be challenging.
I would like to see support for an MSP hierarchy, where a parent company can have one or more subsidiary MSPs underneath it.
To be clear, I'm not referring to customers or client organizations, but to multiple MSP businesses that operate under the same group structure.
This functionality would allow MSP groups to:
Maintain separation between subsidiary MSPs.
Apply company-specific branding and settings.
Segment technicians, documentation, and assets where required.
Retain centralized visibility and management at the parent company level.
This would be especially useful for MSPs that have grown through acquisitions or operate multiple business entities within the same Hudu instance.
