Enable portal user, internal administration

I have L3 techs that i want to trust being able to create users and portal users. but i do not want to make them Admins as this gives them access to all folders.  we have sensitive internal data for our accounts as well as client folders with sensitive info that only management can see. so when I add a tech as admin they get that accesss.  but i dont want to be sitting here adding portal users as the CEO.

    Hi there, I know this is not your exact request but we plan to add OIDC support so portal users can sign in via SSO. That OIDC connection would also support JIT provisioning. Would this help solve your use case? Thanks for the feedback!
