Sometimes when we're writing a KB article we want to start a new folder, it's a pain in the butt to get started writing the KB article, realise the folder doesn't exist and have to back out, create the folder and start again. Can we get the ability to create folders directly on the new KB screen (the same for any category list would be ideal!)
