It's possible to create collapsible sections via HTML5 Tags, but is not suitable to users who are unfamiliar with HMTL code.
The other issue is the HTML code section on the toolbar is hard to maneuver through. (Resetting to the top of the HTML code, and removing all white space grouping text and tags together.)
This makes it time consuming to add for each image, text block, table or what have you. If you have to do it one at a time or make an adjustment to something further along the KB article.
Adding these features can really help organize and make KBs much easier to follow/read especially if steps get very granular.
