Client-Submitted Forms That Trigger Documentation or Templates

Ideally, we’d like a way for clients to submit a form, and then have that input either:

1. Automatically feed into Hudu documentation (e.g., populate a specific Asset or KB article), or

2. Trigger a predefined template or process within Hudu.
