Automatically Updating Timestamps for "Last Updated" Rich-Text Fields

Add the ability for rich-text fields to automatically display and update a “Last Updated” timestamp based on the most recent modification to the field or the asset.

Requested Functionality:

1. Option to insert a dynamic "Last Updated" timestamp into rich-text fields

2. Timestamp should auto-update on save or edit of the field or asset

3. Optional formatting options (e.g., full date/time, relative time like "2 days ago")
