Currently, ListSelect fields require all possible options to be manually created before performing an import. It would be extremely helpful if the import process could automatically add any new options to the list when they are not already defined. Additionally, allowing list items to be referenced by name rather than by ID in the import CSV would significantly streamline the preparation process and save considerable time.
