Asset management enhancements

Would be nice to have a database of users we can attach to each asset. For example a place where we can add all of hour employees and assign them to an asset. This asset would also show if the device is in use or available, on repair, or damaged. Would be a great way to keep track of our devices.

    One potential option for you:

    Create a list in the admin » lists area (“Employees”). Then, for each of your asset layouts that you’d like to utilize, add an “Assigned” field (List select field, choose the newly created “Employees” list).

    I understand it might be a bit more manual maintenance than you’re requesting here, but curious if this would be a workable solution for you?
