Asked the MSP community before posting it here and others seem to love the idea
A lot of MSPs would have important articles like we have a folder called "Internal Processes" and we need to know who has read the article and who hasn't?
A badge/avatar against the article with each team member name who has clicked on "Mark as read" and hovering over the badge shows the date they marked it as read would be fabulous feature to have
