I'm trying to get used to process templates and one thing that feels rather weird to me is that they are tied to a company by default and can then be made global…. but still tied to the one company.
I want to set a few generic ones such as "Setup MS CSP account" or similar such as onboarding (or offboarding) tasks that will only ever be run once against a company.
Short of adding my own company to Hudu and using that as a base for global ones, I feel that it would be good to have global templates that exist from the master toolbar and ideally instances of templates that can be assigned to companies themselves.
