For the Hudu ConnectWise integration, we would like to request a ticket button that enables true two-way synchronization directly between Hudu and ConnectWise.
Specifically, when the integration is active, it would be extremely useful to have a ticketing option on the Hudu dashboard, within the processes section for each tenant, or even inside the global portal (processes section), that allows users to generate a ticket directly from Hudu into ConnectWise.
