The escalation policy page only shows the contacts name and makes you click a link to open the page for each contact.
When you have 5+ contacts and need to get their info quickly, this is a major annoyance
If it had name, email, phone number(s), and notes of each contact next to their name, it would save so much time. Bonus points if it had a copy button next to each item.
