Add capture-key to Assist Screen Capture

Current State: When using certain in-browser consoles that capture the mouse/keyboard (thinking of VMWare console), Screen Capture cannot register the mouse clicks and is thus useless for assisting in documenting a process done on the “console” of a VM.

Desired State: Pressing a key combo would trigger Screen Capture to also take a screenshot

Ideally, this could be integrated to allow screenshots from outside of the browser to be captured. As a workaround that would cover both the “captured” mouse scenario and the out-of-browser scenario, allowing the pasting of screenshots into Screen Capture would at least allow the default Snipping Tool to be used.
